Southern Home Inspection LLC was founded by Jerry Kelly, a 50+ year resident and 33 year business owner of Birmingham, Alabama. The goal is to be thorough and provide our clients with a complete, precise, yet easy to read report for the property being inspected. We will take as much time as needed to inspect the property and explain what is found that could be potential problems or safety hazards and happy to answer any questions. A digital report is available for you to download, normally shortly after the inspection is completed. If the client is not able to be present during the inspection or if you’re in another area/state, the information can be emailed to you for immediate download. A printed copy will also be provided on request.

We can travel further if your home is outside our main service area (additional mileage charges may apply). .
