Current COVID19 situation – Home inspections are performed on vacant homes. Sellers typically leave the property or maintain social distancing. Inspector wears personal protection gear (gloves, masks, booties) and will call or ZOOM video with buyer to review concerns, explain issues, and answer questions. If buyer would prefer to meet at the property, they must adhere to the 6′ distance recommended. I’m using best practices for everyone’s safety and to help prevent delays with your home purchasing process. Thank you for your help and understanding.
